It's okay if you don't like them, but please don't hate on them much when I'm around.

My boundaries and/or triggers include, but are not limited to:

Terms of Service
By contacting me, I'll assume you have read and fully abide by my terms.

- Main payment method will be through PayPal and Venmo (both linked after the forms in my carrd)
- At the moment, the only form of payment I can and will accept is USD (US American Dollar)
- I do not accept any form of cryptocurrency as payment. You will be blacklisted if you attempt to pay for anything with such.
- Nothing made by me (YourpalDyl), may be used in any block-chain related technology, to include NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens), cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
- You may not, under any circumstance, feed my artwork or stop motion animations to AI (Artificial Intelligence) generators, machine learning, text models (LLM), image model training datas, or future inventions in the space. Cost to use my art or stop motion animations in image model training data is $15,000 per image, $20,000 per animation.
- I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone
- I have the right decline your request for any reason, or no reason.
- I do not work on weekends or holidays.
- I post art on all my blogs/profiles. I will try to find your socials to be tagged in the descriptions. If you wish to remain anonymous, that is fine. If you do not wish your commission to be posted on all sites, please tell me in advance.
- I accept only digital references or traditional with clear color palette.
- The reference sheet must show accurate details and colors.
- Multiple references can be given.
- Detail description with multiple photo references to use (we need to communicate).
- Art takes anywhere from 1 hour to 2 weeks. You can absolutely request a work in progress at any time, I may not have any progress however as I tend to work all in one go.
This fully depends on how busy my schedule is, how complicated the commission is, and how fast we can talk to each other.
- I require full payment before getting started. If a deadline is imminent please tell me, this will most likely bump your commission to the top of the list, a small rush fee may be added in addendum.
- You may ask to add/delete/change characters/update me on their design if I'm still in the sketching or line art stage.
- I won't continue past the sketching stage unless the sketch has been approved.
- I refuse to refund unless:
- You have not received your commission in a month from order and we could not come to an agreement on time.
- I don't want to do your commission anymore.
- You may have a 30% refund if you do not like your finished commission.
- I will do up to 1 large alteration and 2 smaller alterations within a week of completion
- I will not make edits on a stage that had already been approved. For example, if you approved of the lines then I will no longer change something that was visible in the lines. Please take your time to review the image before approving it!
- Ask for all the changes you need in 1-2 emails so that I may get them done faster. If you only ask for one change and this is fixed but you then ask for unrelated changes I have the right to deny that request or make an additional charge. I will not make a large amount of minor changes and tweak such as slightly moving parts around. If you have something more specific in mind you're free to use an art program to show me what changes I need to make.
- You may not claim the drawing as your own or resell it. (Unless you are selling the character in it).
- If you use my commission as an avatar or profile picture on any platform, please credit me as the artist in your bio or other such appropriate space.
- Do not trace/edit/reproduce the commission, this includes add a background, cutting out the character for a meme/photo manipulation.
- You must get my permission before you have another artist finish my sketches or art you've bought from me.
- I do, retain all rights to my artwork and can/may use it for my own purposes.
- Refusal to remove my work when requested will have you blacklisted and reported for art theft, with the possibility of a DMCA take down notice.
- I own full copyrights to my art. The customer will be paying for the service, not the copyrights.
- If I ask you to remove a picture I drew you for any reason, please do so.
- Commercial rights can be bought for an additional $300 per commission, this will allow you to sell merchandise of my commission without going through me. Failure to pay this fee can result in DMCA take downs and/or legal consequences.
- This still does not allow you to use my work in Block-chain related technology as said above.
- You may not erase/ cover up/ edit out my artist signature.I will Draw (Most likely drawn without hesitation):
